The Docker setup for this domain.

When starting fresh (Postgres' /data is empty) all of the SQL setup scripts should run automatically. But for each new added service, add an SQL file to postgres/ and run make db to create its role and database.

All state is kept under the path /state in folders according to the containers' names.
